We are breaking the mold on traditional group fitness classes.

We limit our classes to 6 participants, allowing coaches to provide each individual with the most support possible and helping you to gain the knowledge and confidence you are looking for.

HIIT

The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes are designed to provide a functional full-body workout. Free weights will be the main piece we utilize to challenge you cardio and strength wise. Expect a different class every time you come to keep things fun! HIIT classes are created to allow you to move at your own pace.

S+C

In our S+C (Strength and Conditioning) monthly pre-built program we will focus on proper technique and form to develop movement patterns and build overall strength. Each day will be full body workouts with a warm-up and stretch/cool down. Modifications will be avaliable.

Ath. - Move Like an Athlete

Move Like an Athlete focuses on athletic-style training that builds power, strength, agility, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness. Expect jumps, rotational movements, quick changes of direction, and explosive exercises that challenge your body in ways traditional workouts don’t.

Strength Basics +

This class is designed to help beginners feel confident, capable, and comfortable using barbells, dumbbells and other free weights to support your goals. You’ll learn the core strength-building movements—like squats, presses, and deadlifts—at a pace that focuses on proper form, safety, and fun.

Recovery Yoga

This weekly class blends the best of both worlds: starting with a dynamic, yang-style yoga flow to build strength, stability, and mobility, then slowing down into longer, passive yin poses for deep release and recovery.
