For this session, conversations around understanding and utilizing balance as a super power for EVERYONE. Expect movement flows that aid in flexibility, balance progressions and how to challenge your balance for athletics and for everyday life.

Ageless Athletes - Session 5: Built to Last
Provided by Athletics Ontario. Join us for Session 5 covering injury prevention for lifelong athletes.
This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
For this session, expect a science backed conversation around injuries and injury prevention. Follow this with movements focusing on foot strength, glute activation and knee stabilization for success!

Ageless Athletes - Session 6: Athlete Brain
Provided by Athletics Ontario. Join us for Session 6 covering mindset, motivation and performance habits.
This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
During this session, discussions around shifting from age-based limitation stories to athlete identity will be the main focus. Followed by mind-body warm-ups and breath work for effort and recovery. Expect coming out of this feeling more confident!

This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
During this session, topics around how to properly fuel yourself will be paired with gentle conditioning circuits and why / how your nutrition can make or break how you feel.

Provided by Athletics Ontario. Join us for Session 8, a agility, speed and high enjoyment conditioning day!
This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Last main session means pushing ourselves a little bit more! Discussions around intensity and how to increase it safely will begin the session, followed by acceleration and deceleration fundamentals and rhythm-based sprint drills.
