This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Last main session means pushing ourselves a little bit more! Discussions around intensity and how to increase it safely will begin the session, followed by acceleration and deceleration fundamentals and rhythm-based sprint drills.
Suitable for all levels!!
