Co-Owner + Personal Trainer + Periodic Small Group Trainer
Pronouns: She/her
After my own transformation I gained my personal training certificate and have continued to deepen my understanding of the human body through additional accreditations in nutrition and fitness. I have worked with many clients online and in person over the past 4 years and helped to change the way their body feels, moves and looks through proper techniques and always keeping a keen eye on mindset. I like to focus my training on developing athleticism, strength and creating confidence in people who may not feel like they have a space in the fitness world... yet.
