This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
For this session, conversations around understanding and utilizing balance as a super power for EVERYONE. Expect movement flows that aid in flexibility, balance progressions and how to challenge your balance for athletics and for everyday life.
