This program is for individuals 40 and up interested in exploring track and field events in a supportive and encouraging environment.
During this session, discussions around shifting from age-based limitation stories to athlete identity will be the main focus. Followed by mind-body warm-ups and breath work for effort and recovery. Expect coming out of this feeling more confident!
