Running weekly on Wednesday from 10-10:45 a.m. starting July 23 to August 27.

  • 45 minute classes focused on safe and effective strength training for postpartum moms

  • Instruction by a certified postpartum fitness trainer (Coach Moriah)

  • Small class sizes for personalized attention
